The menu we put together varies season to season. It also depends on what we are harvesting that day from our farm. Well okay, we don’t have a farm but it sounded so organic while I was sitting here typing this.

In season breakfast features one main gourmet entrée each day. To accompany these entree’s we always have out the following:

Various cold cereals, rice milk, soy milk, organic whole milk, hard boiled new england farm eggs, organic yogurt, topping station with various nuts, coconut, chocolate chips, brown sugar, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, honey, organic home made granola, fresh bagels, english muffins and organic bread, jam and jelly, marmalade, peanut butter, cream cheese, fresh butter, orange, apple and cranberry juice, coffee, varieties of tea, hot chocolate, spring water and fresh fruit of the season!

Traveling with pets, we have water dishes set out all over as well as doggie snacks available. Traveling with your pet Panda? No problem, we happen to have a wonderful bamboo plant on the property!
High Season, Summer Breakfast Menu
A special thanks to all our guests who didn't mind us using their breakfast plates as a model for the website!
Each day is a different main entrée. We use all fresh ingredients and herbs from our garden outside on the deck. When possible we bake all organic. If you are allergic to any particular food please let us know ahead of time so can prepare.

• Omelets to order made from fresh brown New England eggs. You chose the fillings: mushrooms, cheese, spinach, salsa, onion, peppers, tomato, avocado, broccoli, marshmallow peeps, oreo’s and whatever else we can find to put out!

Custard Style French Toast

• Baked Vanilla Custard French Toast made with thick Texas bread. Fresh tapped maple syrup, whipped butter, toasted almonds and walnuts, fresh fruit, powdered sugar.

Quiche

• Quiche with home fries: This could range from mushroom/spinach, broccoli/cheese, fluffernutter/ jellybean. Whichever is made that morning, it will be fluffy, fresh and delicious. To accompany our quiche we feature home fries.

Buttermilk Pancakes

• Golden stack of Buttermilk Pancakes These can be cooked with your choice of add-ins: blueberries, sliced banana, toasted walnuts and pecans and of course chocolate chips!. All the delicious toppings: fresh fruit, maple syrup, homemade whipped butters are all available. We will keep stacking them as long as you are eating

• Breakfast Burritos: We will supply the egg filling and you can create your own burrito! Our topping station is overflowing, salsa, black beans, chopped tomatoes, sauteed peppers & onions, sour cream, grated cheese, homemade... minutes before you sit down, guacamole!
Fall and Winter, Breakfast Menu
It is wonderful experience being at a historic Inn during the crisp fall and cold winter days! At Gabriel’s we will make that a story book holiday. All our rooms have fireplaces and in the Great Room at breakfast you can be sure it will be on. Hot mulled cider, home made cookies will be found in the Great Room during the afternoon and early evening hours.
Weekday Menu’s are a lighter fare in winter.
You can always find fresh milled organic porridge. This is delicious alone or head on over to the buffet of toppings!
