"home away from home"
Dear Gabriel,
Just a short note to tell you and your fabulous staff, that we had the time of our lives at your lovely place. From the moment we walked in we were met with a friendly smile and greeting and we were treated like royalty the whole time. Teresa was always helpful to us in so many ways. The breakfast she made was delicious.
Your staff organized our massages, told us great places to eat and allowed us the use of snow shovels to dig out our sister's house on Pearl St. The room was wonderful, the upgrade a surprise. The atmosphere was a "home away from home". The Hot tub was always hot and very romantic as we came out like shriveled raisins after being in it so much. That's a first for us in a hot tub with snow all around. The steam room and sauna was also a great reprieve. We were happy to hear that all those amenities were clothing optional. The massage table was used by us 2 to three times a day. What a great asset that is.
Please find the enclosed check a small token of our appreciation of the entire staff. We would recommend your place to others and more importantly request to stay there again and again.
