Our Pledge
What can we offer seniors that sets us apart from other guest houses and inns?
More than you can imagine.
We truly love the generation of the senior, in fact we prefer it to most. This is an example of what we can do. A wonderful couple called and said they wanted to show their grandmother Provincetown. The only situation was she needed assistance and was very elderly. Our offer: “You grace us with your grandmother and we will take up the time when you cannot be with her and want to go to dinner or out for the evening” Do you realize the education one can obtain from sitting with someone born in 1908? We welcome the gift you would share with us in granting us that time. We do not say this lightly, we mean it. The Elizabeth’s are also genealogists. When you come back from leaving the Elizabeth’s with your grandmother, you may have a little family tree waiting for you!
Breakfast: We serve hot cooked breakfast in the Great Room every morning. If you would like you could have it put on a tray and bring it back to your room. We could also bring it to you on the outside seating area.
Activities: We have a wonderful selection of things to do with the senior in mind. Just ask when you arrive and we will provide you with our selections of in town suggestions!
Senior Center: We are affiliated with the local Senior Center and we can provide you with a contact if you need a wheelchair or any other amenities to make your stay more comfortable with us.
Complimentary rides up to your car: Whenever you need to use your car, just give us a buzz and we will be more than happy to drive you to the parking area.

Susan
Ground floor entrance with hand-rail
2 Entrances: One entrance with a hand rail. The other entrance is through a beautiful French Door located off the gardens.
Separate Shower and Tub: We have placed in the bath a free standing whirlpool jacuzzi tub and across the room a free standing body massage (or not) steam shower unit for 2. For some people it is not easy to step into a traditional tub, not to mention a jacuzzi high sided one. We figured that out for you, just put them both in! And even if there is only one person in the shower it is roomy enough for two, making maneuvering around very comfortable.
Comfort Height Toilet: We have the very best Kohler comfort height toilets on the market. They are made higher than normal with only comfort in mind!
Classic in room Games and DVDs: We are not saying that just because you are a senior you would enjoy the following but sometimes its nice visiting the world when it was a much simpler place. We have included as a permanent fixture in the Susan room: A wonderful game table. This game table is maple and houses 4 games in one. The top flips and opens to the following: Checkers, Chess, Backgammon, Monopoly and Yahtzee. The Best of Bob Hope, The Burns and Allen Comedy Hour, Classic Musicals 50 Movie Pack - 12 Disc Set with fifty song and dance films from the Golden Age of Hollywood, The Best of Johnny Carson, The Doris Day Show and of course the best of MTV videos hosted by Howard Stern.( That was a little joke )
Washer and Dryer. Susan has a washer and dryer located in a nook right in the room.
What the Laurel Room Offers:
The Laurel Room: This is our ground floor 2 room suite.
The entrance into Laurel is 4 outside stairs.
Kitchen: Laurel has a beautiful full kitchen with an enormous bay window with a cushioned seat in front of a dining table.
Separate Bedroom: Laurel gives you the opportunity to close the bedroom off from the rest of the unit. There is also an exquisite in the wall corner fireplace in the bedroom.
Bath: The bathroom is a treat in Laurel. She has a custom steam shower with Kohler shower adjustable massage tiles. This is accompanied by a handheld shower and a built in bench to enjoy a steam or just to sit and take advantage of the rain shower centered above shower head.

Washer and Dryer: Laurel has a washer and dryer!
Both, Laurel and Susan are just steps to the Great Room where breakfast is served. Breakfast can also be put on a tray and brought back to your room or placed outdoors for your enjoyment.
Either of these two are going to place you in a tremendously thought out senior environment. However, all rooms are going to be comfortable and you will be very happy no matter what your choice.
