All of our Provincetown lodging accommodations at Gabriel's include Tempur-Pedic Mattresses, private baths, Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD library, music systems, air conditioning, fireplaces, courtesy phone, our beautiful Great Room dining room, sundecks, gardens, BBQ grills, and all are smoke free.
We welcome everyone, so make a reservation to stay at Gabriel's Guesthouse, our Provincetown bed and breakfast inn. We will be happy to help you with a toddler bed or crib. There is a DVD library available just for children as well as many wonderful children's books.
In the off season we serve an expanded continental breakfast in our Great Room on Saturday and Sunday only.
Room rates quoted are for one or two people. For rooms that sleep more than two, there is a charge of $40.00 per additional person per night. Please be sure to read our Policies.
L = Low season rates, beginning of November to the beginning of April, with the exception of New Year's Eve, some holidays, and special weekends.
M = Mid-season rates, mid-September to the beginning of November, with the exception of Columbus Day and Women's Week, the beginning of April to mid-June. There is a two-night minimum stay if your reservation overlaps a Saturday. Please call us for mid-week specials.
H = High season rates, mid-June to mid-September, select holidays, special weekends, and Women's Week. In July and August, our minimum stay is usually 2 to 7 nights depending upon the week.

*In our effort to conserve energy, our fireplaces which are also heat sources for the rooms, are turned off during the warmer months. Our air conditioning units are also non-functioning in the winter months.
