Policies and Amenities
• All rooms are equipped with irons, an ironing board, hairdryers, coffee makers, coffee, snack refrigerators, glasses, plates, room information folder, CD player, DVD player, clock radio and beautiful Gabriel's Robes.
• Overflowing amenity baskets that include soap, shampoo, razor, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrush, sewing kit, and more.
• Reserved parking in a secured nearby private lot.
• Breakfast in the Great Room.
• High speed WiFi network.
For an additional charge
• Gabriel's teeshirts, sweatshirts and bathrobes.
Reservations and Payment
• Rates do not include 9.7 % Massachusetts Room Tax.
• Rates quoted are for one or two people. Rooms with one double sleep only two. There is a charge of $40.00 per additional person per night.
• Companion animals are $20.00 for the first animal and $10.00 for each additional animal per night. Please read our animal policy.
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit, which must be received within one week after reservations have been made. Balance is due before arrival.
• Reservation deposits are non-refundable. If the unit is rerented, a gift certificate for a future stay may be issued at the discretion of the management.
• Reservations are accepted with the understanding that you will be responsible for the entire period reserved.
• We welcome personal checks, cash, Master Card, Visa, and Pixie Dust ( upon proof that it indeed works )
Accommodation Information
• Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 6pm (reservations will be honored at this time). Give us a call the morning of your reservation and we can let you know if you can check in early!
• Late check-ins (after 6:00 p.m.) must make arrangements in advance of arrival.
• Check-out time is between 10am and 11am Should you be delayed in checking out, please ask the office if your checkout time may be extended. You may always leave your bags in the office and spend the day in Provincetown and come back to freshen up and load your car on the day of your departure.
• Late check-outs, by 5pm, may be arranged off season for half price if the unit has no anticipated reservation.
• There is a two-night minimum stay if your reservation overlaps a Saturday.
• Walk-ins are welcome, providing we have a room available!
• Other times sometimes require minimum stays (between 3 and 7 nights) such as during Women's Week, some holidays and high season. Please call us for details.
• Looking for an extended retreat? Ask about our off season weekly "no frills" specials (November 1st to April 1st), excepting holidays and special weekends.
